The WRN leadership is focused on four priorities in 2016 that will:
- Increase the number of women working in retail automotive through our Drive to Succeed Scholarship program
- Create a more profitable Fixed Operations business—a heightened priority because of its significant impact to the bottom line
- Increase profitability and operational effectiveness through our female-exclusive NADA 20 Groups
- Create new business opportunities through an alliance with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and its world-class certification process
The WRN is here to help every woman at every GM dealership in the U.S., Canada, Europe and beyond. We want our women-owned dealerships to exceed the national average in terms of profitability. And we will continue to provide the resources for improving dealer operations at every level.
DRIVE TO SUCCEED SCHOLARSHIP
GM and its dealers are the only manufacturing/retail partnership to offer scholarships to women pursuing academic degrees in automotive management and technical fields.
NADA and WRN have partnered to form the industry’s only exclusive all-female 20 Groups focused on profitability and operational effectiveness.
WRN S&P is the industry’s only support system exclusively for women in automotive retail service positions.
Through partnering with WBENC, the WRN is helping female dealers grow their businesses through certification.
