Driven is an annual meeting designed to bring together top industry experts, women Dealer Principals and women dealership leaders.

The meeting time is utilized to go over programs & initiatives that support three key focus-items for any dealership: profitability, growth & retention.

Profitability is at the core of growth and retention. General Motors has designed an exclusive event for WRN dealers to link up with vendors that will support profitability growth: Pathway to Profit.

The Pathway to Profit exhibitors and resource centers are much more than suppliers of goods & services. They are partners in business from the front of the store to the back… and everything in between. GM has hand selected these vendors who are constantly thinking of new ways to develop products that help improve dealer operations and bottom line. WRN dealer success is truly the priority & focus of Pathway to Profit.

The true mission is to build a volume of women that we can work with, mentor and develop. (Driven) is going to help dealers because they’re going to have up-and-rising women that can get in leadership roles.
