Christa Luna, owner of Gilbert Chevrolet, works very closely with Okeechobee High School’s Automotive Vocational program each year to identify students interested in attending the Indian River State College Automotive Tech program.
Retention, loyalty, service and profitability — your own dealership could benefit from the women you refer to the program.
“With every scholarship we award, we are investing in our future as well as helping make a dream come true. Our dealers are already benefiting from the skills scholarship winners are bringing to the workplace. Exceptional female employees increase customer loyalty and overall profitability, and attract other women into the automotive industry.”
– Celeste Briggs, WRN director
